Çevre Sports Club Swimming Preparatory Camp in Cyprus 2019

On 22nd -28th January, 2019 18 athletes and 3 coaches from Çevre Sports Club successfully  completed a training camp at Cyprus Near East University.

The team stayed at Girne Dorana Otel with full accomodation. Our intensive camp programme consisted of 10 swimming and 4 land training activities.

 We had double training sessions for 3 days and single training sessions for 4 days, starting at 9.30 a.m , which included swimming training sessions and swimming activities followed by land training activities.   Additionally, the athletes had a chance to visit Girne Castle,Çıkartma Beach and the Martyrdom.  

Our prep camp was quite helpful in terms of improving the physical condition of our atheletes. The commitment shown by the athletes during the camp will help them  gain motivation in their work in the 2nd term of the school year.
