25th Science and Technology Fair
Our 25th Science and Technology Fair brought together a wide range of projects, activities, experiments, presentations, competitions, and exhibitions. Throughout the week, students from Grade 1 through high school actively participated in various academic and creative initiatives, making it a truly enriching and inspiring experience for everyone involved.
At the primary and middle school levels, our students took part in Science and Information Technologies project exhibitions and presentations, proudly showcasing their work to fellow students, teachers, and parents. They also had the opportunity to explore engaging attractions such as the Primary School Robot Football Matches, Virtual Reality (VR) Zone, Electronic Waste Exhibition, Digital Design Exhibition, and the Responsible Use of Technology Exhibition, which focused on Artificial Intelligence, Ethics, and Digital Citizenship.
Our Grade 7 students participated in the Science & Technology Competition, where they demonstrated both their knowledge and problem-solving skills in a friendly and stimulating environment. In addition, students in Grades 4–7 attended Cybercrime Awareness Seminars, designed to promote safe and responsible technology use.
One of the highlights for our younger students was the Magic Science Experiment Activity, where Grade 4 students prepared and presented a variety of exciting science experiments for their Grade 3 peers, fostering both curiosity and collaborative learning.
We were also honored to host renowned Cyber Security Specialist Eyüp Çelik for a special seminar attended by our Grade 8 and high school students. With more than 17 years of experience in the field and a distinguished reputation in the world of cybersecurity, Mr. Çelik delivered an inspiring presentation on Cybersecurity Awareness and Cybersecurity as a Career Path. He shared valuable insights into the industry and answered students’ questions about this rapidly growing field.
During our Awards Ceremony, we had the privilege of welcoming Dr. Harun Aksaya as our guest speaker. In his presentation, “A Survival Guide for the Age of Artificial Intelligence,” he explored the history of technological advancement and emphasized how curiosity and asking the right questions have driven scientific progress throughout history. He highlighted the vital role that fundamental sciences such as Mathematics and Science play in technological innovation and underlined the importance of personal development in these disciplines for future scientists and innovators. Dr. Aksaya also addressed the opportunities and challenges that await today’s students in the digital era, encouraging them to become conscious and responsible users of technology.
Our 25th Science and Technology Fair was a wonderful celebration of innovation, creativity, and learning, providing our students with unforgettable experiences while inspiring them to become the scientists, engineers, and leaders of tomorrow.
