Çevre High School Bids Farewell to the Class of 2026

On Tuesday, June 30, Çevre High School celebrated the graduation of its 21st graduating class with a memorable ceremony attended by our Founding Representative, Cemal Ekşi, and our General Manager, Şebnem Gönen.

Our middle school Grade 5, 6, and 7 students came together at the year-end closing ceremony to celebrate the successful completion of a productive and memorable academic year. Throughout the program, students‘ dance performances, a slideshow showcasing highlights from the year, and musical performances were met with great appreciation.

The second semester award ceremony at Çevre College Primary School began with the opening speech of our Primary School Principal, Mrs. Funda Keskin Şafak. As part of the program, our 2nd, 3rd, and 4th grade students enjoyed watching a slideshow presentation featuring the activities and achievements they had participated in throughout the year, creating both joyful and emotional moments.

Our 25th Science and Technology Fair brought together a wide range of projects, activities, experiments, presentations, competitions, and exhibitions. Throughout the week, students from Grade 1 through high school actively participated in various academic and creative initiatives, making it a truly enriching and inspiring experience for everyone involved.

We Are in the Riders Robotics League Turkey Finals!

Our Çevre Secondary School Riders Robotics Team, “Çevre RRL,” has achieved a significant accomplishment in the 7th season of the Riders Robotics League. Competing against 103 robotics teams across five different regions throughout Türkiye, our team demonstrated outstanding performance and secured second place in the Marmara Asia 1 region, thereby qualifying for the Türkiye Finals.

Our Junior Girls Swimming Team placed 4th in the region at the MEB Inter-School Junior Swimming Regional Championships held on April 10–12.

TOWARD PEACEFUL TOMORROWS IN ATATÜRK’S FOOTSTEPS

We celebrated the 106th anniversary of our national sovereignty with a ceremony held in our school’s conference hall together with our primary school students.

16th Global Citizenship Project – Copenhagen, Denmark

From April 14th to 19th, we were in Copenhagen with twenty five students from Çevre High School. As part of our long-standing school partnership with Rysensteen Gymnasium, our students stayed with Rysensteen students and had the opportunity to observe classes and participate in cultural excursions. 

International Public Policy Forum (IPPF)

We are proud to announce that our students have been named among the Elite 8 in the International Public Policy Forum (IPPF) English Debate Competition, organized by New York University School of Law.

CEMC Success

CEMC RÜZGÂRI Kanada Waterloo Üniversitesi Matematik ve Bilgisayar Bölümü tarafından her yıl şubat ayında düzenlenen ve farklı yaş gruplarına hitap eden Pascal ve Cayley Matematik testleri, Çevre Lisesi Matematik Öğretmeni Efsun Gündüzay önderliğinde tüm dünya ile eş zamanlı olarak uygulanmıştır. Tüm dünyada 16.000’den fazla öğrenciye, 750’den fazla okulda uygulanan testlerin sonuçlarına göre; 23 kişinin katıldığı CEMS Waterloo yarışmasında 150 tam puan üzerinden 9.sınıflardan Pascal Contest‘te 133 puan alarak Naz Ihlamur, 10.sınıflardan Cayley Contest‘te 114 puan alarak Mehmet Onur Can, 11.sınıflardan Fermat Contest‘te 112 puan alarak Mehmet Doruk Yıldırım madalya almaya hak kazanmıştır. Ayrıca toplamda 10 öğrencimiz de ayrıcalık sertifikası almışlardır. Öğrencilerimizi kutluyor, başarılarının devamını diliyoruz.

SAT MATH at Cevre College

PSAT/NMSQT (Preliminary Scholastic Aptitute Test/National Merit Scholarship Qualifying Test), which is a preparation for the SAT (Scholastic Aptitute Test) required by American Universities, is given to 10th and 11th grade students so that they have an idea about their weaknesses, strengths and the skills required for university applications.

ESU - English Speaking Union

On March 26, 2026, at the English Speaking Union Türkiye Public Speaking Competition, our Çevre High School 12th grade student Duru Yonar achieved second place in Türkiye with her outstanding performance.
