ÇEVRE COLLEGE 18TH ELT CONFERENCE

Çevre College English Department hosted English teachers from all around Turkey on April 24, 2024, at the 18th traditional ELT conference held at the Erenköy campus.

The conference titled "A New Era: Catch the Rhythm of ELT" commenced with a lively warm-up session by Paul Zarraga. The speakers of the conference, Paul Seligson, Alexandra Green, Gülfem Aslan, and Russell Stannard provided information on evolving methods and techniques in the changing era and suggested various activities. Our guest of honour, Metin Özülkü, brought lively moments to everyone with his songs. The second guest of honour, Fuat Güner, inspired everyone within the framework of what needs to be done to capture the rhythm of life. The conference also allowed English teachers to visit the stands of more than 20 publishers and gain insights into new publications
