UNESCO-SEMEP SOUTH EASTERN MEDITERRANEAN ENVIRONMENT PROJECT

Our school and students, who are at all times sensitive to sustainability and environmental issues, participated in this year's SEMEP event under the themes of "UPCYCLING Under the Shadow of Natural Disasters; Towards Sustainable Smart Cities Against the Global Climate Crisis, Alternative Projects in Agriculture, Improvement in Natural and Organic Farming Processes" with the study titled "Cities that Produce, Not Consume."

Our 6th-grade students completed their project presentations in Turkish and English with city models emphasizing the importance of Sustainability and Recycling concepts. Our students represented our school successfully by receiving the "Best Multifaceted Research Award" at the presentation organized within the scope of the SEMEP project.
